You gave the bacterias but how can we take’em?

    Here we mention the species of those bacteria. We do consume them regulary in our daily diet regimen. Sauerkraut, pickled veggies, yogurt and other fermented foods already have these beneficial bacteria. Also, we mention supplements if you would like to consume them that way. Thank you.
