Start your morning with a delicious smoothie bowl. On a dairy-free diet or vegan? No problem. You can always prefer non-dairy soy or almond milk based yoghurt or kefir as a substitute.


  • 1 cup plain yoghurt (or kefir)
  • ½ cup frozen raspberries
  • ½ banana, sliced (frozen if you prefer)
  • 1 tablespoon raw honey (or stevia for your taste)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • ⅓ cup fresh raspberries
  • ¼ cup flaked coconut, roasted
  • 1 kiwi, peeled and sliced



Set your raspberries, coconut and kiwi aside. Blend others till smooth. Pour into a bowl and top it with raspberries, coconut and kiwi. You can also add chia seeds for extra nutrition. Enjoy!
