Start your morning with a deliclous smoothie bowl. On a dairy-free diet or vegan? No problem. You can always prefer soya or almond milk based yoghurt or kefir as a substitute.
- 1 cup plain yoghurt (or kefir)
- ½ cup frozen raspberries
- ½ banana, sliced (frozen if you prefer)
- 1 tablespoon raw honey (or stevia for your taste)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- ⅓ cup fresh raspberries
- ¼ cup flaked coconut, roasted
- 1 kiwi, peeled and sliced
Set your raspberries, coconut and kiwi aside. Blend others till smooth. Pour into a bowl and top it with raspberries, coconut and kiwi. You can also add chia seeds for extra nutrition. Enjoy!
